Who I am
Growing up in San Diego, CA, I spent much of my childhood riding and surfing, developing a deep connection to animals and nature—particularly the ocean and horses. My curiosity has always pushed me to seek meaning in the everyday, and my personal struggles led me down a path of healing and self-discovery. In my twenties, I began exploring plant medicine, Buddhism, and yoga, studying at The California School of Herbal Medicine and Naropa University before becoming a mother in 2007.
While raising my children, I founded Robin’s Nest, a Waldorf-inspired nature school in Ashland, Oregon. For over a decade, I nurtured children’s love of learning and the natural world. Horses, my trusted companions, have remained my greatest teachers, and I’ve been fortunate to live closely with them in recent years.
Although my exploration of psychedelics began in early adulthood, it was a guided session during a crucial point in my healing journey that reshaped my life, and helped me find my way to assisting others. Through my recent work with entheogens, alongside other therapeutic practices, I have been able to release ineffective coping strategies and cultivate a sense of self-worth that is sourced from within. I have personally found dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to be an incredibly helpful complement to psychedelic work, and I encourage my clients to explore what works best for them in supporting their long-term goals. I believe the psilocybin experience can be a pivotal step in a larger process of self discovery and growth.
In 2023, I became one of the first licensed psilocybin facilitators in the U.S. Since then, I’ve supported over 80 clients and witnessed the deep healing this work can offer. With reverence for the medicine and a heartfelt commitment to our shared humanity, I offer guidance to those ready to reconnect with themselves and discover lasting peace.
